Dakota First Action was founded by Toby Doeden, a successful businessman who was born and raised in Aberdeen, SD. Starting from nothing, he worked his way up from selling automobiles to managing a sprawling business empire that employs hundreds of South Dakotans. As an outspoken conservative himself, he grew tired of career politicians who would say anything to get elected and then abandon their promises once in office. With the help of trusted friends, family, and advisors, he launched Dakota First in order to organize and empower the conservative movement in South Dakota.
